I cannot hold back tears as I post an update about the tablets with the ASL Bible videos.  The Deaf kids were excited and so intrigued to see the numerous Bible videos in sign language.  

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Even when given the option of playing games or other activities, the kids chose to watch videos every time.  Intently soaking in all of the stories! Obviously, they are starving for ASL role models who can explain the Bible.

  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This confirms the importance of HDO’s first step in nurturing the children – Bible training in sign language!  Please pray we can continue to bring the ASL Bible to the Deaf in Haiti.
